Oquilla's Eye is officially divided into three regions, but unofficially it is actually divided into four. The first region is where the great ancient ruins are located, where the Old Moon Guild is based. The second region is where the Black Turtle Tribe lives. The third region is an the area around a massive cavity, which is called the Goddess' Abyss by the Black Turtle tribespeople. The unofficial fourth region is to the side of the Goddess' Abyss, which the Black Turtle tribe call the Goddess' Stained Goblet. It is where they hold memorial services for the tribespeople who were said to have been massacred by the Vell Pirates.
