Many sailors don't expect much from their captains. They're happy enough just to be in the sea's embrace as it's their dream to sail the seas. So, most sailors will follow their captain's orders as long as the ship is sea-worthy and there's some proper cabins for them.

There's a fair few ships with such cabins, but they can be a tricky customer to make. Sailboats, Frigates, Carracks... Don't it give you a headache just hear them names? But, if you manage to own your own such a ship, your crew will have something to boast about.
