Bring her Oquilla Piece of the Old Moon x120 to obtain one. ※ You can purchase Oquilla Piece of the Old Moon from the Old Moon Shop of NPCs located in major cities. ※ The Oquilla Sky Crystal awarded by this quest is used to craft the Reform Stone V to upgrade a Resplendent main/sub-/awakening weapon to reform level V.
