May 10 I open my eyes and realize that I'm inside an old tent. The surviving guild members were looking at me proudly. They cheered and congratulated me for my victory, and said that I defeated the monster. I sat there dumbfounded. How can this be? I have no memories of this. I lifted myself up and walked outside the tent. The battle against Quint was disastrous. More than half of the guild members were dead, and those surviving were badly injured. Utterly devastating. We fended off the monster, but we're left with misery. This is not about our bonuses anymore. It is in fact the other way around, and we must help our guild recover from this massacre. We all headed towards Calpheon to make funds, and I sold the potion that I made to a vendor. I'm truly sorry, Islin. I roamed all over Calpheon to make money for the guild. I guess this kind of lifestyle isn't so bad for a while.
