In a frenzy, I helped the merchants load their goods, preparing for our departure to Valencia. ‘Oh divine one, is this also thy will? What can I possibly do for thee in that desert?‘ Countless times, I called out to Hadum in my mind, but no response came. Once more, I readied myself alongside the traders, and we set off across the desert to Valencia.
