Shortly after Kamasylve regained its light, the Kamasylvian border was temporarily sealed off The reason given was that there was a need to quell the spread of a deadly plague in the Navarn Steppe. Apparently the restrictions were tighter for the Dwarves than for other races. However, the reason given to all Ganelle native to Kamasylvia were as follows.
