Al Rhundi was born into a simple farming household in South Serendia. However, his life was changed after Serendia began to stockpile military supplies. Al Rhundi, who could not simply stand by watching his fellow farmers suffer from the cruel methods employed to collect military supplies within the territories, lashed out in contempt. On the same day, a seemingly gratuitous fire swept across his crops and house, leaving Al Rhundi with nothing. This event changed Al Rhundi forever. A part of him kept hidden and tucked away took over upon which he returned home as the leader of a militia. Many farmers who suffered at the hands of the Serendians just like him have now joined him in arms. The Serendian military has branded them as rebels and are preparing to launch an expedition to disband them.
