When Cliff was unfairly dispatched to the Balenos region, Xaviero Vitello did everything in his power in Heidel to reinstate Cliff's position. However, as time goes by, Jordine kept bringing more of his own people to Heidel, and almost no one in town was willing to hear his side of the story. It also did not help that Jordine's charming appearance and manner were winning the heart of Heidel. Hugely disappointed, Xaviero gave up everything and applied to be stationed at the Southwestern Camp, one of the middle-of-nowhere places in Serendia. He is quietly but resolutely growing his power, still waiting for Cliff to return victoriously from the battle against the Imps.
