Caphras knew the meteorite was not a normal when he observed it from the Valencia Territory Observatory. Caphras traveled to west of Calpheon thinking that it was god's will for him to complete the ritual to summon Hadum. The meteorite was known was the 'living black rock'. A strong energy was required in order to awaken the black rock. A recording that explains how to awaken the black rock. ※ Eye of Desolation = Eye of Anguish (1) + Concentrated Boss's Aura (3) ※ Can be obtained by completing the [Blackstar] quest. ※ You can heat one of the world boss gear to get one Concentrated Boss's Aura. ※ You can use the materials above to craft Eye of Desolation by manufacturing.

Can be obtained from Lv. 60 or from Lv. 50 after completing Calpheon main questline Find Martha Kiyen who went to look for the large black meteorite in Star's End.
