※ Alchemy quests are difficult by design. Valentine tells you to meet up with Stella first if you want to learn the essentials of alchemy. Go meet Stella. ※ You can complete this quest with ease if your Gathering Level is over 25 (Skilled 5), and Alchemy Level is over 11 (Apprentice 1). ※ If you do not meet these Production Level requirements, you may not be able to proceed with some subsequent quests.
