You can find Wasteland Cheetah Dragons by using the quest navigation function. White Cedar Trees are found all over Mediah. ※ Kill a Wasteland Cheetah Dragon, and interact with the body to gather its blood. Stand next to a White Cedar Tree, and interact with it to gather its sap.
