You can craft Wings of Ascension via Manufacture with Powder of Ascension x5, Lightweight Plume x1,000, and Thick Fur x500. Powder of Ascension has a low chance to be obtained via Tanning. ※ This quest will reset every Thursday after midnight. ※ You can replace Lightweight Plume 1,000 with Fine Lightweight Plume x250 for the recipe. ※ You can replace Thick Fur x500 with Fine Thick Fur x125 for the recipe.
