Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the bdolytics.com website and its associated services ("Services"), provided by "IT-Solutions Nils Wiesinger" ("we", "us", "our"). Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the Website and Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

2. Account Creation

To access certain features of the Services, users may be required to create an account. We use Discord OAuth for account registration. During registration, we collect your email address, Discord ID, and Discord username.

3. Premium Subscription and Payment Details

  • 3.1 Premium Subscription

    We offer premium subscriptions with additional features, including ad removal and access to exclusive tools. Subscriptions can be purchased through Paddle , a secure global payment processor. Transactions will appear on your bank/card statement as PADDLE.NET*BDOLYTICS.

  • 3.2 Payment Information

    We use Paddle for secure payments. You can choose to pay by card or through PayPal. You must keep payment information accurate and updated. You agree to pay within the set time for the chosen payment method. Subscriptions may be suspended for unpaid charges.

  • 3.3 Refunds and Cancellations

    You have the right to withdraw from your bdolytics subscription within 14 days of purchase. To exercise this right, email contact@bdolytics.com from the same address associated with the subscription you want to cancel and provide the following information:

    I hereby give notice that I withdraw from the contract regarding my bdolytics subscription.

    • Ordered and received on: (Fill in the date of purchase.)
    • Name: (Fill in your name.)
    • Place and date: (Fill in your country of residence and the date of withdrawal.)

    If necessary, we may request additional information to verify your withdrawal request. The refund period is 14 days after purchase.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from your subscription, we will reimburse your subscription fee. Your refund will not include any additional fees that you have paid to your bank in connection with the initial purchase. Refunds will be reimbursed using the same means of payment as you used to pay for the subscription. If your subscription period has already begun when you notify us of your wish to withdraw, we are entitled to reduce your refund proportionately based on the period you have utilized your subscription.

No Refunds

Except for the withdrawal right, if applicable, we do not offer a right of return (such as refunding the subscription fee) due to dissatisfaction with the Services.

4. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to moderate or remove any user-generated content, such as comments, that violates our Community Guidelines. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or banning.

5. Intellectual Property Rights in User Contributions

  • 5.1 User Contributions

    By using our services, you may be able to create, upload, share, or otherwise provide content such as settings, comments, images, videos, and other materials (collectively, "User Contributions"). You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for your User Contributions and any consequences associated therewith, including any claims arising from your User Contributions.

  • 5.2 License Grant

    In the event that your User Contributions give rise to any intellectual or industrial property right (including, but not limited to, copyright, trademark, or patent rights), you hereby grant us, our affiliates, and our service providers a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, perform, commercialize, and otherwise exploit your User Contributions in connection with our services and our (and our affiliates' and service providers') business, including for promoting, marketing, or redistributing part or all of the services (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels.

  • 5.3 Waiver of Moral Rights

    To the extent permitted under applicable law, you hereby irrevocably waive, and agree not to assert, any moral rights in or relating to your User Contributions, including any rights of attribution or integrity.

  • 5.4 Representations and Warranties

    You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to grant the licenses set forth in this section and that your User Contributions do not infringe or violate any third-party rights, including any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights. You further represent and warrant that your User Contributions do not contain any defamatory, libelous, obscene, or otherwise unlawful material.

  • 5.5 No Obligation to Use or Retain

    We have no obligation to use, display, or retain any of your User Contributions, and we reserve the right to remove or delete any User Contributions, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion and without notice.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 24/7 service availability but cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Services. We disclaim any liability for service interruptions, technical issues, or data breaches.
