Go check if there is any Cedar Sap left in the Cedar Trees nearby, then return to Viktor. ※ You can gather Cedar Sap from Cedar Trees with a Fluid Collector equipped. ※ This quest is available again after midnight (server time) every day unless you have already completed the quest that day.
